SBDC’S ‘What is your Business Worth?’ Workshop: Set for August 3 at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino

The Delaware Small Business Development Center (DSBDC) and the Delaware Business Times  will host the workshop “Do You Know What Your Business is Really Worth?” on Wednesday, August 3 from 7:30-10 a.m. at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino in Dover.

Two subject matter experts, David K. Bernstein and Judith Scarborough, will lead the workshop.  Bernstein is principal of RLS Associates, a mergers and acquisitions firm.  Scarborough is director at Master Sidlow & Associates, certified public accountants.

Those who attend will learn:

  • What are the most important things to consider in valuing a business;
  • What can be done to enhance the value of the business; and
  • The good, the bad and the ugly; real stores of business valuations.

Cost of the program is $20 per person, payable online or at the door.  For more information, contact SBDC Business Counselor Margo Reign at 302-831-0770 or register online at www.DelawareSBDC.org.
